창립총회에 갈음하는 공고

주식회사 두산(이하”회사”)은 2021년 6월 25일 임시주주총회에서 상법 제530조의2 내지 제530조의12의 규정이
정하는 바에 따라 회사의 사업 중 지게차 제조, 판매사업을 영위하는 밥캣코리아BG 사업부문을 물적분할하여
두산밥캣코리아 주식회사를 설립하고, 회사는 존속하는 내용의 분할계획서를 승인하였습니다.

위 결의에 의하여 회사는 상법 소정의 분할 절차를 완료하였으며, 두산밥캣코리아 주식회사 이사회가 상법 제530조
의11 제1항, 제527조 제4항에 의거 창립총회를 본 공고로 갈음하기로 결의하였으므로, 다음과 같이 분할 완료

바. 결산기 : 매 사업연도 12월 31일. 단, 설립 시 최초의 사업연도는 회사설립일로부터 2021년 12월 31일까지로 함.
